Batch Barcode Generator
Create multiple barcodes for SKU lists, location codes, or asset tags. Paste values line by line or import CSV, review validation results, and export a ZIP archive.
Privacy: Data is processed locally in your browser and is not stored on ZBI servers.
How to use this tool
- Choose the barcode standard and paste values or upload CSV.
- Review valid and invalid row counts before generating.
- Download a ZIP of PNG files for valid entries only.
Practical example
Import a CSV with a value column containing 100 SKUs, fix flagged rows, then download a ZIP of PNG barcodes.

When batch barcode generation pays off
Operations teams run batch generation when a new catalog lands, after a WMS migration, or before a physical inventory count. Single-item generators work for spot fixes; batch mode validates hundreds of GTINs or internal codes in one pass so you catch checksum errors before labels reach the floor.
Data preparation workflow
Export SKU or location codes from your item master with one value per row. Include optional filename and label_text columns when PNG names must match ERP document numbers. Review the validation summary — rows that fail standard rules should be corrected in source data, not patched only in the ZIP output.
Worked scenario
A spare-parts distributor receives 320 new lines from a supplier CSV. They import the file, see 12 invalid EAN-13 values flagged, fix them in the source sheet, regenerate, and download a ZIP mapped to bin locations for same-day receiving labels.
Operational FAQ
Should I use Code 128 or EAN-13 for internal bins?
Use Code 128 for alphanumeric internal location codes. Reserve EAN-13 for retail-facing SKUs that may scan at customer POS.
Can I re-run the same CSV after fixing rows?
Yes. The tool does not store uploads; upload the corrected file for a fresh ZIP.
