Note: These Terms govern use of this website and published content. Separate licence or service agreements apply when you purchase or subscribe to software. If you need contract terms for a specific product, request them in writing.

1. Agreement

By using zenboxinfinity.com, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

2. Informational content and web tools

Blog articles, guides, templates, calculators, analyzers and converters are provided for general business education and operational convenience. They are not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. Results shown by calculators and analyzers—including any financial, tax or business metrics—are informational and illustrative only. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for how you interpret outputs, and for how you apply information in your own jurisdiction and situation.

When you use file converters (including the service at convert.zenboxinfinity.com), you confirm that you have the right to upload and convert the files you submit, and that you will not upload passwords, payment-card data, health records, payroll records or other highly sensitive information. Conversion is provided “as is”; temporary download links expire automatically, and link expiry is separate from host-side file handling described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Software and downloads

Demo installers, documentation and templates are provided “as is”. Always verify downloads with your own security policies. Licensing, warranty, payment, renewal and support for commercial software or paid services are defined in the applicable product licence, purchase terms or written service agreement—not solely by this webpage. If those documents conflict with these Terms on a purchased product, the product-specific agreement prevails for that purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. You must not use it for unlawful activity, attempt to bypass or damage security, distribute malware, submit content that you do not have the right to use, upload third-party personal data without an appropriate legal basis, perform excessive automated scraping that degrades the service, or reverse engineer our tools except where applicable law expressly permits it.

5. Intellectual property

ZenBoxInfinity branding, text, layouts, graphics and software described on this site remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors unless otherwise stated. You may link to public pages in a normal way that does not suggest false endorsement.

6. Third-party links and embeds

The site may link to or embed third-party services (for example audit tools). Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website, free tools, informational content, templates and other free materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, complete or suitable for a particular business decision. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bojan Tešić, operating under the ZenBoxInfinity brand, shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from free use of the website or reliance on its informational content, including calculator, analyzer or converter outputs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability relating to purchased software or paid services is governed by the applicable product agreement and mandatory law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections available under the law that applies to them. Any dispute shall be handled by the court or other competent authority having jurisdiction under applicable procedural and consumer-protection rules.
