ZBI Barcode Tools — User Guide
This guide explains what each free web module does, what it accepts, what it exports, and what it does not do. Use it for acceptance testing before production deployment.

Web version limits (all modules)

Module summary
1. Barcode Generator
Nine linear standards (EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, Code 39, Code 128, ITF, ITF-14, GS1-128). PNG/SVG export. Check digits auto-calculated where supported.
2. QR Code Generator
URL, plain text, email, phone, SMS, WiFi, vCard, WhatsApp. Does not verify that URLs exist or are safe.
3. Batch Barcode Generator
Manual input, CSV, or TXT. Summary shows Loaded / Valid / Invalid / Generated. One PNG per valid row in ZIP (max 500).
4. Label Generator
A4 PDF label sheets. Copies control how many labels are placed on the grid. Print at 100% (Actual size).
5. Inventory Label Generator
100×50 mm label. Linear barcode = barcode value only. QR = ZBI-INV plain-text block. Export blocked if content overflows.
6. SKU Generator
Internal SKU identifiers only (max 1,000). No duplicate check against your ERP or warehouse system.

Only fields marked visible on the label are included. The linear barcode always encodes the barcode value field only.
