My name is Bojan Tesic, and I have spent 18 years working inside production companies with both local and international ownership.

The first 10 years were spent directly in production, managing daily processes, people, deadlines and operational pressure.

After that, I spent 4 years leading supply chain, purchasing, logistics and warehouse operations, where I saw first-hand how weak records, unreliable data and overloaded spreadsheets slow an entire business down.

For the last 4 years, I have worked as a financial controlling supervisor in an international company, dealing every day with costs, analysis, budgets and data accuracy that directly affects profit.

In parallel, I also own a business in the cardboard packaging industry, where the same problems had to be solved in practice, not just discussed in theory.

ZBI was not created as an abstract idea.
ZBI was created from real operational need.

It came from problems I watched for years inside real companies.
From the need to make business visible, accurate and easier to control.
And from people around me asking for tools that actually work in real conditions.

ZBI tools are tested, used and checked in real processes before they become available to others.
