Cookie Policy
Last updated: 11 May 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences, keep sessions secure or—when you agree—understand how visitors use the site.
2. How we use cookies
On zenboxinfinity.com we group cookies as follows:
- Strictly necessary / essential: required for basic operation, security preferences (for example storing your cookie choice in browser storage), or load balancing. These are used when you select “Essential only”.
- Optional / analytics (if enabled in future): only after you choose “Accept all”, we may load measurement tools to understand traffic and improve pages. If no analytics script is present, this category is reserved for future use and your choice is still recorded.
3. Local storage
Our consent banner stores your decision in localStorage under the key zbi_cookie_consent_v1 (JSON with consent level and timestamp). This avoids showing the banner on every visit and is not used to track you across other companies’ sites.
4. Third-party cookies
Some pages may embed third-party tools (for example an external audit application in an iframe). Those providers may set their own cookies under their policies. Review their documentation when you use embedded tools.
5. Managing cookies
You can clear site data in your browser settings at any time. Clearing storage will remove your saved consent and the banner may appear again. You can also use browser extensions or settings to block categories of cookies.
