What is ZEN BOX INFINITY | CFT?
ZEN BOX INFINITY | CFT is a desktop application for managing cash flow, payments, and finances of any company or organization.
It allows you to manage in one place:
– income and expenses
– planned and executed payments
– partners (customers and suppliers)
– transaction categories
– financial projections
– review and analysis of financial data
No cloud and no complicated ERP systems.
Who is CFT intended for?

– net calculation for selected period
At any moment you know:
– how much money you have

Partners (customers and suppliers)
Central partner records:

For each partner, the following is maintained:
– name
– type (customer, supplier, other)
– contact information (phone, email)
– notes
Partners are linked to transactions, enabling quick review of all payments with a specific partner.
Transaction categories
The category system enables:
– organization of income and expenses
– filtering by categories
– review of transactions by categories
Categories can be:
– for income
– for expenses
– for both types
Categorization enables better understanding of income and expense structure.
Financial reviews
CFT maintains:

CFT supports the 10 most important world currencies:

– AUD – Australian Dollar

You can set the default currency and all amounts will be displayed in that currency.
Licensing
CFT offers three types of licenses:
– Demo – automatically created on first launch (7 days)
– Premium – from date to date
– Lifetime – permanent license
The license is tied to the computer’s Hardware ID, ensuring security.
Data security (Backup & Restore)
The application has:
– manual backup with one click
– data recovery capability (restore)
– automatic data saving in local database
Data is stored locally with you, under your control.
Themes (Light & Dark)
CFT supports 2 themes:
– Light – light theme (default)
– Dark – dark theme
The appearance adapts to your preference.

- The application will automatically create the database on first launch
