Warehouse Management System - WMS

One system for complete inventory control, transactions and analytics

What is ZEN BOX INFINITY | WMS?

ZEN BOX INFINITY | WMS is a desktop application for inventory and warehouse management.

It allows you to manage in one place:

  • inventory (materials, finished products, fixed assets)
  • warehouses and locations
  • transactions (inbound, outbound, transfer)
  • inventory counts
  • aging analysis and dead stock
  • labels and printing
  • financial value of inventory

No cloud and no complicated ERP systems.

Who is WMS intended for?

  • Warehouse owners and managers
  • Warehouse workers and logistics staff
  • Administration (documents, reports)
  • Finance (inventory valuation)
  • Quality controllers (lot, serial, expiration date)

If a company has more than “notebooks and Excel” for inventory, WMS makes sense.

What problem does WMS solve in practice?

  • Unclear inventory (you don’t know what you have and where)
  • Disconnected records (Excel + paper + notebook)
  • Unclear inventory status by location
  • Errors in FIFO cost calculation
  • Loss of control over inventory aging
  • Duplicate entries and inconsistent data
  • Difficulties during inventory counts
  • Lack of traceability (lot, serial)

What does the user get with WMS?

Unified inventory database

All data is connected:

  • items (materials, finished products, fixed assets)
  • warehouses and locations
  • transactions (inbound, outbound, transfer)
  • counts and adjustments
  • financial value

👉 One entry – used everywhere.

Master Data (Code Lists)

The system maintains:

  • items with types (MAT, FG, OS, TOOL, PP, TR)
  • warehouses with addresses
  • locations with hierarchical structure (Zone-Row-Level-Bin)
  • pallet/bulk designations
  • barcode/QR code support
  • min/max quantities for alerts

Everything is centralized and available in all modules.

Transactions (Inbound, Outbound, Transfer)

The system maintains:

  • material inbound (with price, currency, lot, location)
  • outbound/consumption (FIFO logic)
  • inter-warehouse transfer
  • adjustments (damage, write-off, error)

With the ability to:

  • view all transactions
  • print documents (PDF)
  • export to Excel
  • track who did what and when

All transactions are linked to inventory and finance.

Inventory Count (Stock Take)

WMS enables:

  • creating counts by warehouse, zone or item type
  • blind count mode (doesn’t see system quantity)
  • non-blind mode (sees system quantity)
  • automatic calculation of differences (shortage/surplus)
  • automatic creation of adjustment documents
  • count reports (PDF with signature sheet)

At any moment you know:

  • what was found
  • what the difference is
  • what the value of the difference is

Aging Analysis and Dead Stock

WMS enables:

  • aging analysis of inventory by buckets (0-30, 31-90, 91-180, 181-365, 365+ days)
  • identification of dead stock (>180 days without movement)
  • tracking “last movement date”
  • valuation by age
  • filters by aging bucket

At any moment you know:

  • what is obsolete
  • what has been sitting for a long time
  • what the value of dead stock is

Smart Search

WMS offers:
– one search field that understands:
– item code
– item name
– barcode/QR code
– location (A-01-03)
– lot/serial
• advanced filters:
– warehouse
– item type
– pallet/bulk
– age (aging bucket)
– below minimum
– dead stock
Quick finding of anything in the system.

Labels and Printing

WMS enables:

  • printing labels for:

– pallets (SSCC style)

– boxes

– bin/positions

  • QR code generation (ITEM|LOT|WH|LOC|QTY)
  • PDF preview before printing
  • A4 sheet or thermal printer support
  • automatic data population from the system

One click – label ready for printing.

Financial Value of Inventory

WMS maintains:

  • inventory value by item
  • value by warehouse
  • value by currency
  • average price (FIFO calculation)
  • dead stock value
  • value of differences from counts

This enables:

  • clear insight into inventory value
  • financial status control
  • integration with accounting

Localization and Currencies

WMS supports:

  • 5 languages: Serbian, English, Spanish, German, Chinese
  • 10 currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CNY, AUD, CAD, CHF, INR, BRL
  • system currency for KPI display
  • dynamic language switching
  • localized names for item types and documents

Once configured – applied everywhere.

Dashboard and KPI

WMS offers:

  • KPI cards:

– total inventory value

– dead stock value

– items below minimum

  • real-time overview:

– status by location

– top items

  • charts and trend analysis

Everything in one place for quick decisions.

Data Security (Backup & Restore)

The application has:

  • manual backup with one click
  • automatic backups (optional)
  • data restore capability
  • hardware-locked licensing

Data is local with you, under your control.

Licensing

WMS uses:

  • hardware-locked license (tied to computer)
  • expiration date or lifetime option
  • license generation via separate tool
  • validation during startup

Once installed – works without internet.
