My name is Bojan Tešić, and I have been working in manufacturing companies, both domestic and foreign-owned, for 18 years.
For the first 10 years, I was directly involved in production, managing manufacturing processes and daily operational challenges.
After that, for 4 years, I managed Supply Chain operations – procurement, logistics, and warehouse management, where I witnessed firsthand how poor record-keeping, unreliable data, and Excel spreadsheets can slow down an entire system.
For the last 4 years, I have been working as a Financial Controlling Supervisor in an international company, where I daily deal with costs, analyses, budgets, and data accuracy that directly impact profit.
In parallel, I own my own business in the cardboard packaging industry, where I had to solve all these problems in practice — using my own example.
ZBI was not born as an idea.
ZBI was born out of necessity.
It arose from real problems I observed in companies for years.
From a personal need for work to be transparent, accurate, and simple.
And from the need of people around me who were looking for a solution that truly works in real-world conditions.
ZBI tools have been tested, used, and verified in real processes before becoming available to others.
These are not programming applications.
These are tools designed by someone who has been inside the system for 18 years.
